An anti-snoring pillow is disclosed and which comprises a compressible base member having a front edge, a rear edge and a bottom and upper surface, an elongated compressible bolster which is positioned closer to the front edge of the base member than to the rear edge and the bolster has a cross-sectional external portion which is curved. The pillow is formed of at least two different types of polyurethane foam with the base member being comprised of a material having an initial firmness value greater than the bolster and the bolster being formed of a material of a higher density than the base member such that, in a region of 25% compression or more for both the base member and bolster, the firmness value of the bolster becomes greater than that of the base member.
