A pin straightening tool (60) including a shaft (62) terminating in an end assembly (64), a chamber (80) in the end assembly for receiving a bent pin (14) therein, the chamber terminating in a shelf (82) inside the end assembly, and a bore (84) loated in the chamber for straightening the bent pin as the shaft is rotated urging the distal end of the bent pin into the bore.
