Furthermore, the draw bar and universal mount includes a shank having a first portion, a second portion and a central portion, the central portion connecting the first portion and the second portion. The shank includes at least one opening and one end disposed on the base plate. The base plate and shank are fabricated from an integral, continuous piece of material.
