A pipe bending machine with bending mandrel having a load bearing structure which is particularly resistant to working stresses, comprises an extractor (2) which is fixed in a rear portion of the pipe bending machine, and mandrel rod (13) which extends with its longitudinal axis (g), from the extractor beyond a front portion of the machine, where a bending head (7) which is provided with a die (8) stresses a pipe (T) to be bent, which is inserted in a mandrel (12), by a traction resultant force that is transmitted along the mandrel rod (13) to the extractor (2) that counteracts with a resultant restraining reaction. The pipe bending machine comprises a load bearing structure (1) having a profile such that it contains inside the longitudinal axis (g) of the mandrel rod (13), in such a way that the load bearing structure (1) is subjected mainly to compression stresses.
L'invention concerne une machine à plier les tuyaux pourvue d'un mandrin de pliage présentant une structure portante particulièrement résistante aux contraintes. Cette machine comprend un extracteur (2) fixé sur la partie arrière de la machine, ainsi qu'une tige de mandrin (13) qui s'étend sur son axe longitudinal (g), à partir de l'extracteur et au-delà de la partie avant de la machine, une tête de pliage (7) pourvue d'une matrice (8) exerçant des contraintes sur un tuyau (T) à plier inséré dans le mandrin (12), par une force résultante de traction transmise le long de la tige de mandrin (13) à l'extracteur (2) qui réagit par une force résultante de retenue. La machine à plier les tuyaux selon l'invention présente une structure portante (1) dont le profil peut contenir l'axe longitudinal (g) de la tige de mandrin (13), de sorte que la structure portante (1) soit soumise principalement à des contraintes de compression.
