The invention relates to a pipe connector for a pressure-resistant, positive- fit, high pressure screwed joint, comprising a formed tube, a screw body or connector branch with a cone, which connects to a parallel axis drilling, with a radial end surface, a union nut, a sealing ring and a retaining ring, whereby the formed tube has a parallel axis end-piece with the same tube diameter and which corresponds to the depth of the tube seat base. The formed tube (3), with a pronounced bead (7), forms a mating face (9), with the cone surface (8) of the union nut (2), which leads to an abutment face (11), for a front face (12) of the retaining ring (6), essentially aligned with the tube axis (10). The retaining ring (6) has a radial ring surface (14), which, in the assembled state, contacts with the front face (16) of the cone of the connector branch (1) or screw body and thus permits a block assembly.
L'invention concerne un raccord de tuyau pour un raccord vissé haute pression, par liaison de forme, résistant à l'arrachement, comprenant un tuyau façonné, un corps de raccord à vis ou une tubulure de raccord, un cône dont la surface terminale radiale est raccordée un alésage parallèle à l'axe du cône, un écrou d'accouplement, une bague d'étanchéité et une bague de maintien. Le tuyau façonné présente une partie terminale dont les dimensions correspondent pratiquement à la profondeur du fond du siège de tuyau, ladite partie terminale étant parallèle à l'axe du tuyau et présentant le même diamètre que ce dernier. Le tuyau (3) façonné avec un bourrelet saillant (7) forme avec la surface conique (8) de l'écrou d'accouplement (2) une surface d'appui (9) qui se transforme en une surface d'arrêt (11) orientée sensiblement vers l'axe de tuyau (10) et destinée à une face (12) de la bague de maintien (6). Cette dernière (6) présente une surface annulaire (14) qui s'étend dans le sens radial et qui, une fois montée, vient en contact avec la face (16) du cône de la tubulure de raccord (1) ou du corps de raccord et permet un montage bloqué.
