A fit in type joint for tube bodies, suitable for connecting tube bodies to assemble them into a flat or a three-dimensional tube body structure, in which the tube bodies are tube bodies for a light load, or more particularly, resin adhered/coated tube bodies each formed by adhering and coating a thin layer of a synthetic resin on the outer periphery of a thin wall steel tube having an outer diameter in a range from 28 mm to 45 mm. The fit in type joint is constructed from a joint body, tapered sleeves, and fixation bolts. The joint body has one or more connecting insertion sections formed in a hollow structure, projected from the joint body, and inserted into the bores of tube bodies that are to be connected to the joint body, each insertion section having one or more axially long slits formed running from the forward end of the insertion section and arranged in the circumferential direction, each insertion section having a tapered section on its hollow section, the tapered section having a bore diameter reduced from the forward end section of the insertion section toward the joint body. The tapered sleeves are inserted into the hollow sections of the insertion sections. The fixation bolts secure the tapered sections to the forward end sections.
L'invention concerne un joint de type raccord pour corps de tube, convenant à la connexion de corps de tube pour les assembler dans une structure de corps tubulaire plate ou en trois dimensions, les corps tubulaires étant des corps tubulaires pour une charge légère, ou plus particulièrement, des corps tubulaires encollés/enduits de résine chacun formé par adhésion et enduction d'une mince couche d'une résine synthétique à la périphérie externe d'un tube en acier à paroi mince possédant un diamètre externe dans une fourchette allant de 28 mm à 45 mm. Le joint de type raccord est construit à partir d'un corps de joint, de manchons taraudés, et de boulons de fixation. Le corps de joint possède une ou plusieurs sections d'insertion de connexion formées en une structure creuse, faisant saillie du corps de joint, et introduites dans les alésages des corps tubulaires à connecter au corps de joint, chaque section d'insertion présentant une ou plusieurs longues fentes axiales allant de l'extrémité partant de la section d'insertion et disposées dans la direction circonférentielle, chaque section d'insertion présentant une section taraudée sur sa section creuse, la section taraudée possédant un diamètre d'alésage réduit à partir de la section d'extrémité avant de la section d'insertion vers le corps de joint. Les manchons taraudés sont introduits dans les sections creuses des sections d'insertion. Les boulons de fixation rattachent les sections taraudées aux sections d'extrémité avant.
