A pipe jointing structure for plumbing is disclosed. In the pipe jointing structure, a radial outward flange is formed at the facing end of each of stainless steel pipes to be jointed together into a desired pipeline. A connector is assembled with the flanged end of each of the pipes at an associated end thereof by a nut, thus jointing the pipes into the desired pipeline. The connector has external and internal bushing parts at each end thereof, with an axial annular groove defined between the external and internal bushing parts. A gasket is seated in each axial annular groove of the connector and comes into close contact with the outside surface of the flanged end of each pipe. The connector may be selected from a nipple capable of forming a straight pipe joint, a tee capable of forming a T-shaped pipe joint, and an elbow capable of forming an L-shaped pipe joint. This pipe jointing structure thus easily joints the stainless steel pipes into the desired pipeline while accomplishing both a desired coupling strength and a desired sealing effect at the pipe joint and almost completely preventing a fluid leakage from the joint since the jointing structure is prevented from being undesirably loosened or damaged due to vibration or external impact.
