ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Steel pipelines used to cary oil, gas and water are prone to corrosion. The repair or lining of such pipelines by digging up entire sections of line is expensive and time consuming. A simple apparatus for pushing a fiberglass liner into a pipeline includes a skeletal frame supporting vertically opposed wheels for frictionally engaging the liner; a motor, sprocket and chain drive for rotating the shafts carrying the wheels and chains connecting one end of the frame to a clamp, which is mounted on one end of a length of pipe, whereby the liner can be pushed by the rotating wheels into the pipeline.
