PIPE SEAL Abstract of the Disclosure A gasket which is particularly suited for sealing the annular space between a pipe and a port in an underground structure is disclosed. The gasket comprises a hollow annular ring which surrounds the pipe and is connected by a narrow neck to a base at least partially embedded in the underground structure. The base has means extending around its outer periphery to mount the seal securely in the manhole and to provide a block against water seepage across the periphery of the gasket.
