A piperazine derivative of the formula I (see formula I) in which R1 may be substituted pyridyl or phenyl, and R2 may be monosubstituted or unsubstituted pyridyl, pyrimidinyl or pyrazinyl or substituted phenyl. The piperazine derivative is a dopamine ligand with a selectivity for the D4 receptor and is suitable for the treatment and prophylaxis of states of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, obsessions, Parkinson's disease, tardive dyskinesia, nausea and disorders of the gastro-intestinal tract.

L'invention concerne des dérivés de pipérazine de formule (I) dans laquelle R<1> et R<2> ont les notations indiquées dans la revendication 1.
