The invention also concerns the benzenesulfonate salt of N-{3-[4-(3,4-dichlorophenoxy)piperidin-1-yl]-2-hydroxypropyl}-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-4-(trifluoromethyl)-5-thiazolecarboxamide, a process for making it, and its use in therapy (for example in treating CCR3 mediated disease states).
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un composé de formule (I) : [Insérer ici la formule chimique. Cf. document papier] dans laquelle : R1 est phényle éventuellement substitué par halogène, cyano, alkyle en C1-4#191 ou haloalkyle en C1-4#191 ; R2 est hydrogène, alkyle en C1-6#191 ou cycloalkyle en C3-6#191 ; et R3 est un groupe ayant un NH ou OH possédant un pKa calculé ou mesuré de 1,0 à 8,0; ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci; destiné à la fabrication d'un médicament devant servir au traitement de l'arthrose ou de l'ostéoarthrose. L'invention concerne également le sel benzènesulfonate de N-{3-[4-(3,4-dichlorophenoxy)pipéridin-1-yl]-2-hydroxypropyl}-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-4-(trifluorométhyl)-5-thiazolecarboxamide, un procédé pour sa préparation et son utilisation thérapeutique (par exemple pour le traitement des pathologies induites par CCR3).
