The present invention relates to a pitch control device and system for a wind power generator. According to one aspect of the present invention, disclosed is the pitch control device which controls the pitch of a wind power generator system. The pitch control device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a generator- comparing unit which evaluates an error signal based on the difference between a generator reference signal and a generator measurement signal according to operation of the wind power generator system, a reference pitch-evaluating unit which evaluates a reference pitch using the error signal, a compensation pitch-evaluating unit which evaluates a compensation pitch using an error value of the wind power generator system, and a pitch- evaluating unit which evaluates a pitch using the reference pitch and the compensation pitch. The error value is one of either: the error voltage of a DC capacitor included in a power conversion unit of the wind power generator system, the error voltage of an interconnection point of the wind power generator system, the error speed of a rotator of the wind power generator system, and the error frequency of the interconnection point of the wind power generator system.

La valeur derreur peut concerner : une erreur de tension dans un condensateur CC inclus dans une unité de conversion du système générateur dénergie éolienne ; une erreur de tension dun point dinterconnexion du système générateur dénergie éolienne ; une erreur de vitesse dun mécanisme dentraînement en rotation du système générateur dénergie éolienne ; et une erreur de fréquence du point dinterconnexion du système générateur dénergie éolienne.
