ABSTRACT: An X-ray film holder comprising a bent base plate and a flexible cover plate which can be pressed against the base plate by means of a lever. The axis of rotation of the lever is situated substantially in the plane of the base plate. The film holder prevents friction between base plate and cover plate and facili- tates the insertion and removal of the film.
