ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A water bottle tilting assembly mounted on a water dispensing cabinet is arranged to support the water bottle adjacent the dispensing cabinet at a level so that when the bottle is tilted about an axle the mouth of the bottle automatically reaches the trough of the cabinet with a breakable seal around the mouth of the bottle. A pointed sharp cutter is located inside the trough of the cabinet and breaks the seal when the bottle reaches its upside down position to allow the water to flow in the water dispensing cabinet.
