The production method comprises sintering a layer of bronze powder on the metal support of the bearing, a vacuum ionic cleaning, applying a filled fluoroplastic film, passing the component through a die and after sintering the paste, a final pass in the die for final dimensioning. During sintering and passing through the die an anti-adhesive and wear-resistant coating, based on titanium nitride or the like is applied on the equipment.
Le procédé de réalisation comporte le frittage d'une couche de poudre de bronze sur le support métallique de palier, un nettoyage ionique sous vide, l'application d'une couche de pâte fluoroplastique chargée, le passage de la pièce dans une filière et après frittage de la pâte, un passage final en filière pour mise aux dimensions finales. Lors du frittage et du passage en filière un revêtement anti-adhésif et résistant à l'usure, à base de nitrure de titane ou équivalent est appliqué sur l'outillage.
