The invention relates to an electronebulization source comprising at structure consisting of at least one flat, thin tip (3) disposed in a non-perpendicular position to the rest (1) of the structure, said tip (3) being provided with a capillary slit (5) inside the entire thickness of the tip and which terminates at the extremity (6) of the tip (3) to form and ejection opening for the electronebulization source, said source comprising means (4) for supplying the capillary slit (5) with liquid to be nebulized and means for applying an electronebulization voltage to the liquid. The invention also relates to a method for producing said electronebulization source.
L'invention concerne une source d'électronébulisation comportant une structure comprenant au moins une pointe plate et mince (3) en porte-à-faux par rapport au reste (1) de la structure, la pointe (3) étant pourvue d'une fente capillaire (5) pratiquée dans toute l'épaisseur de la pointe et qui aboutit à l'extrémité (6) de la pointe (3) pour former l'orifice d'éjection de la source d'électronébulisation, la source comprenant des moyens d'approvisionnement (4) de la fente capillaire (5) en liquide à nébuliser et des moyens d'application d'une tension d'électronébulisation sur le liquide. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d~une telle source d~électronébulisation.
