The present invention relates to a plant for converting solid waste specifically biomass, into fuel gas, using a fluidized bed reactor in which the material used therein has been improved. The plant has a compensated vacuum- pressure system which controls the pressure throughout the circuit through which the gas flows, an air-conditioning system, the purpose of which is to cool the air that leaves the reactor at an extremely high temperature and a system for the dry filtration of the gas obtained including a bag filter, a filter cleaning device, an ash extraction device and a thermal ash cleaner.
Planta transformadora de residuos sólidos, en concreto biomasa, en gas combustible, en dicha planta se utiliza un reactor de lecho fluidizado donde se ha mejorado el material utilizado en el mismo, la planta cuenta con un sistema de presión-depresión compensada que controle la presión en todo el circuito por donde el gas circula, con un sistema acondicionador de aire, cuya finalidad es enfriar el aire que sale del reactor a una temperatura extremadamente alta y un sistema para el filtrado en seco del gas obtenido que incluye un filtro de mangas, un dispositivo para la limpieza del filtro, un dispositivo para la extracción de cenizas y un limpiador térmico de cenizas.
