The invention relates to the iron-and-steel industry and can be used for direct steel alloying processes in steelmaking devices, steel-teeming ladles or out-of-furnace processing plants. The inventive plant for supplying material to a metallurgical device comprises a dispensing mechanism embodied in the form of a hopper, a driven rotatable spout and storage bins which are interconnected to a tube chute, wherein said plant is provided with a body, a cover and means for fixing to workshop structures, the hopper is incorporated into the cover, the rotatable spout is placed under the cover and the storage bins are radially arranged in the body in such a way that a cavity separated from the bin internal spaces is formed by the bin surfaces oriented in the direction of the plant longitudinal axis. The bins are connected to the tube chute by means of discharge openings which are embodied therein and dampers which are mounted in such a way that they are movable with respect to the bin longitudinal axis. Said plant makes it possible to accelerate the material supply to the metallurgical device, synchronise initial material melting processes and to recover the alloying elements when the direct steel alloying method is carried out.
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie ferreuse et peut s'utiliser dans des processus d'alliage direct de l'acier effectués dans des appareils de fusion d'acier, dans des poches de coulée d'acier ou dans des installations de traitement en dehors du four. L'installation pour alimenter un appareil de métallurgie avec des matériaux comprend un mécanisme de distribution, qui se présente comme un entonnoir et une goulotte orientable munie d'un entraînement, ainsi que des trémies intermédiaires reliées avec une tuyauterie d'écoulement. L'installation est munie d'une enveloppe avec un couvercle et de moyens de fixation aux structures d'atelier. L'entonnoir est installé dans le couvercle, la goulotte orientable est disposée sous le couvercle et les trémies intermédiaires sont disposées radialement dans l'enveloppe, de manière à former une cavité avec les surfaces des trémies orientées dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal. Cette cavité est séparée de l'espace interne des trémies. Les trémies sont reliées à la tuyauterie d'écoulement par des orifices de déchargement spécialement conçus, avec des verrous montés de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la trémie. L'installation de l'invention permet d'assurer une vitesse élevée pendant l'alimentation de l'appareil de métallurgie avec des matériaux et peut s'utiliser pour l'alliage direct de l'acier, de façon à assurer la synchronisation des processus de fusion des matériaux de base et de réduction des éléments d'alliage.
