ABSTRACT: The invention relates to agents for plant-growth promotion which comprise trace elements and which are suited for ultra-low-volume application. The preparations comprise a solution of the chloride of the trace elements and/or boric acid in N-methylpyrrolidon. Furthermore, formamide or acetamide is dissolved in the agent as a nitrogen source. At option, the agent may contain a pesticide or pesticidal pre- paration, hexylene glycol, isophorone or a vegatable or animal wax or waxy product.
