A plasma or serum separation membrane that enables omitting centrifugal separation, is free from hemolysis attributed to destruction of red blood cells and realizes easy and rapid separation of plasma or serum from blood; and a filter apparatus including the plasma or serum separation membrane. In particular, a plasma or serum separation membrane being a membrane for separation of plasma or serum from blood and having a void ratio of 30% or below; and a filter apparatus comprising a filter member capable of attaining movement of plasma swifter than movement of blood cells and a plasma or serum separation membrane connected in series with a rear side of the filter member.

L'invention concerne une membrane de séparation de plasma ou sérum permettant d'omettre la séparation centrifuge et exempte d'hémolyse attribuée à la destruction de globules rouges et réalisation une séparation aisée et rapide du plasma ou du sérum dans le sens ; et un appareil filtre comprenant la membrane de séparation du plasma ou du sérum. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une membrane de séparation de plasma ou de sérum permettant la séparation de plasma ou de sérum dans le sang et ayant un rapport de vide de 30 % au maximum ; ainsi qu'un appareil filtre comprenant un élément filtre apte à atteindre le mouvement d'un amarrer de plasma plutôt que le mouvement des globules rouges et une membrane de séparation de plasma ou de sérum reliée en série sur la partie arrière de l'élément filtre.
