A plasma processing apparatus Ml is provided with a processing part 20 for supporting a pair of elongate electrodes 30. The processing part 20 is provided with a plurality of pull bolts 52 (approach-deforming preventers) mutually spacedly arranged in the longitudinal direction of the electrode 30. A head part of each pull bolt 52 is hooked on a rigid plate 33 through a bolt holder 53, and a leg part thereof is screwed in the electrode 30. Owing to this arrangement, the electrodes 30 can be prevented from being deformed by Coulomb's force.

L'invention concerne un système de traitement plasma (M1) comprenant une section de traitement (20) destinée à supporter une paire d'électrodes longues (30). Une pluralité de vis d'extraction (52) (moyens permettant de bloquer une distorsion d'approche) sont disposées au niveau de la section de traitement (20) tout en étant espacées les unes des autres dans le sens longitudinal de l'électrode (30). Une partie tête de vis d'extraction (52) est accrochée sur une plaque rigide (33) par l'intermédiaire d'un porte-vis (53) et la partie tige est vissée dans l'électrode (30). De ce fait, on empêche la distorsion de l'électrode sous l'action d'une force de Coulomb.
