The gussets (1a) and (1b) are formed in the longitudinal edges of the bag and result from two internal folds (a) and (b) that are formed from a central line (c) and connect, via connecting regions (d) and (e), the front face (1c) and rear face of said bag, at least one of said gussets (1b) having arrangements acting as a handle, and being continued, all the way along its length and at the regions of connection to the front and rear faces, by a part so shaped as to act as a sheath (1b1) capable of receiving internally an element (2) forming the handle as such.
