ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plastic bore seal assembly, for use in a static or dynamic mode, comprising a sleeve-type seal element with an annular sealing lip at each end thereof, an anti-extrusion ring surrounding the seal element intermediate the sealing lips, one or more sleeve-like finger springs within the seal element, and optionally a wear sleeve within the seal element bore.
