A new disposable weight loss garment worn by user will elevate the heart rate of a user so that the user can expend more calories over any chosen period of time. The garment could be worn under clothing or by itself. The said article of clothing will raise the bodies temperature and heart rate thereby causing extra exertion by the user, which will result in in the burning of more calories over a period of time. The said article will be made from plastic material comprised of 100 % Polyethylene. (material may be recycled) In addition this product is perforated to allow escape of heat for ventilation. This product does not contain any attachable or detachable components. The material is design for rapid disposal and is not meant to be reused. This product is made of garbage bag type material and is not made of any absorbent, vinyl, elastic or impermeable type material. This product in a permeable type material which is perforated which allows for ventilation.
