ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plastic door comprises inner and outer plastic panels. A metal door frame includes a high strength intrusion beam secured thereto. The outer panel is secured to the inner panel with the window frame disposed within the two panels. Hinge and latch elements may be connected to the metal frame through the inner panel. By securing the intrusion beam directly to the frame rather than the outer panel as is known, assembly of the door is greatly facil- itated.
