A hollow foamed plastic form (10) for concrete has a pair of opposed parallel sidewalls (12 and 14) with planar upper and lower faces (16, 18, 20 and 22) and a pair of opposed end members (24 and 26). Disposed on the upper and lower faces of the sidewalls are a series of elongated locking members (48, 50, 52 and 54), each composed of a pair of offset ribs (56 and 58) having a trapezoidal or rectangular shape.

Il comporte deux parois opposées parallèles (12 et 14) dont les faces supérieure et inférieure sont planes (16, 18, 20 et 22) et deux éléments d'extrémités opposés (24 et 26). Sur les faces supérieure et inférieure des parois sont placés plusieurs éléments de verrouillage allongés (48, 50, 52 et 54); chacun de ces éléments est composé de deux nervures déportées (56 et 58) de forme trapézoïdale ou rectangulaire.
