This stopper (1) comprises a capping lid (20) which, in the back portion of a tubular base (10) for surrounding a container neck, forms part of the upper end (10A) of this base, forming a joint (30) with hinges (31) which defines a geometric axis (A-A) for pivoting the lid between the open and closed service positions. To limit the risk that a child, playing with the stopper, could remove the lid, while at the same time enabling the lid to be opened reliably and satisfactorily by the joint in relation to the base, the joint has two lines of least mechanical resistance (14), which extend from the upper end to the lower end (10B) of the base, being positioned, at the level of said upper end, on both sides of the joint, and which are designed to break before the joint can tear completely when the lid, in open position thereof, is rotated on itself around a geometric axis transverse to the pivoting axis (A-A).

Ce bouchon (1) comporte un couvercle d'obturation (20) qui est venu de matière, dans la partie arrière d'une base tubulaire (10) destinée à entourer un col de récipient, avec l'extrémité supérieure (10A) de cette base, en formant une articulation (30) à charnières (31 ) qui définit un axe géométrique (A-A) de basculement du couvercle entre des positions de service ouverte et fermée. Pour limiter le risque qu'un enfant jouant avec le bouchon puisse arracher le couvercle, tout en permettant au couvercle d'être ouvert de manière fiable et satisfaisante par articulation par rapport à la base, cette dernière présente deux lignes de moindre résistance mécanique (14), qui s'étendent de l'extrémité supérieure vers l'extrémité inférieure (10B) de la base, en étant situées, au niveau de cette extrémité supérieure, de part et d'autre de l'articulation, et qui sont adaptées pour se rompre avant que l'articulation ne puisse se déchirer totalement lorsque le couvercle, dans sa position ouverte, est entraîné en rotation sur lui-même autour d'un axe géométrique transversal à l'axe de basculement (A-A).
