A pallet fabricated of a thermoplastic material is produced by joining together a plurality of individually fabricated structural components, each individually thermoformed from an extruded plastic parison of a monolayer or multilayer structure. The structural components include a deck in the form of a continuous sheet with longitudinal and transverse sides, one or more upper spacer components fastened by their top side to the bottom of the deck, each of which includes a cross member with downward-facing posts, and one or more lower runner components, each of which includes a cross member with upward- facing posts and which is fastened by the tops of its posts to the bottoms of matching posts on the corresponding upper spacer components.
L'invention porte sur une palette faite d'un matériau thermoplastique obtenue en joignant plusieurs éléments structurels fabriqués séparément par thermoformage à partir de préformes de plastique mono ou multicouches. Lesdits éléments structurels comportent un plateau constitué par une feuille continue présentant des côtés longitudinaux et transversaux, un ou plusieurs éléments d'écartement supérieurs fixés par leur côté supérieur au dessous du plateau et comportant chacun un élément transversal muni de plots tournés vers le bas, et un ou plusieurs patins inférieurs comportant chacun un élément transversal muni de plots tournés vers le haut et fixé par le sommet de ces derniers à la base des plots appariés des éléments d'écartement supérieurs correspondants.
