The invention concerns a plastics-paper composite which substantially consists of a paper layer (5), a polypropylene layer (6) and a polyester layer (7), the polyester layer forming one of the two surface layers of the plastics-paper composite. This plastics-paper composite is used to produce weatherproof laminated sheets (13) with surface protection, an acrylate layer (8, 11) being applied to the polyester layer of the plastics-paper composite. This composite is stacked on one or both sides with a plurality of papers impregnated with synthetic resin to form a stack, the acrylate layer(s) lying against the outermost paper layer(s) (9). This stack is then pressed at high pressure and high temperature. For use, the surface protection is removed from the acrylate layer as from the polyester layer.
Cette invention consiste en un matériau composite de plastique et de papier principalement constitué d'une couche de papier (5), d'une couche de polypropylène (6) et d'une couche de polyester (7), laquelle forme l'une des deux couches de surface du composite. Ce matériau sert à produire des feuilles laminées résistantes aux intempéries (13) ayant une protection de surface (8, 11), une couche d'acrylate appliquée sur la couche de polyester. Il est constitué, sur un côté ou les deux, de couches superposées de papier enduit de résine, tandis que la couche unique ou multiple d'acrylate recouvre la(les) couche(s) de papier extérieure(s) (9). Les couches superposées sont ensuite soumises à une pression et à une température élevées. Pour l'utiliser, il suffit d'enlever la protection de surface de la couche d'acrylate et de la couche de polyester.
