Preform for the blow moulding of a container comprising a neck section (1) including a pouring opening (20), an adjacent wall section (2) and a bottom section (3). It consists of a primary plastic raw material in a primary area (A1, A2, A3) and at least one secondary material in at least a secondary area (B1, B2, B3) both having a mutually different coloration. Said preform is remarkable in that said bottom section (3) is composed of a multi-layer structure with primary layers composed of said primary plastic material, and additional secondary layers (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). The latter are composed of said secondary material, two surface secondary layers the one of which (6) is directed outwardly respective the preform, whereas the other one (10) is directed inwardly, and an intermediate secondary layer between them (7, 8, 9), which constitutes a core layer, which is located between two said primary layers. Said preform is in one single piece, the transition (Z1, Z2) from said primary to said secondary material being seamless and uninterrupted. The invention further relates to a manufacturing method of said preform.
L'invention porte sur une préforme pour le moulage par soufflage d'un récipient comprenant une section de col (1) comprenant un orifice de versement (20), une section de paroi adjacente (2) et une section de fond (3). Ladite préforme consiste en une matière plastique de départ primaire dans une zone primaire (A1, A2, A3) et en au moins une matière secondaire dans au moins une zone secondaire (B1, B2, B3) ayant toutes deux des colorations différentes l'une de l'autre. Ladite préforme est caractérisée en ce que ladite section de fond (3) est composée d'une structure multicouche ayant des couches primaires composées de ladite matière plastique primaire et des couches secondaires supplémentaires (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). Ces dernières sont composées de ladite matière secondaire, de deux couches secondaires de surface dont l'une (6) est dirigée vers l'extérieur par rapport à la préforme, alors que l'autre (10) est dirigée vers l'intérieur, et d'une couche secondaire intermédiaire entre elles (7, 8, 9), ce qui constitue une couche d'âme/qui est située entre les deux couches primaires précitées. Ladite préforme est en une seule pièce, la transition (Z1, Z2) de ladite matière primaire à ladite matière secondaire étant sans couture et ininterrompue. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication de ladite préforme.
