The invention relates to a process for recycling and producing plastics, plastics mixtures or from sorted and unsorted plastic waste, in which a) a substrate material A, which comprises a newly produced plastic material or plastic waste material comprising a uniform single type of plastic or various plastics, a material of any or unknown composition X and an additive Z selected from among fatty acids, fatty acid-containing mixtures of natural or synthetic origin, fatty acid derivatives and fatty alcohols releasing fatty acids in the process conditions are mixed together, where A and X together, in relation to the total volume, contain at least such a quantity of plastic that the non-plastic components are bonded with the formation of a homogenous or partially homogenous mass; b) said mixture is transported by a conveyor and subjected along the conveyor path to a multi-step heat treatment in sections while continuing to be subjected to mechanical mixing, kneading or pressing, where the temperatures in the various steps lie mutually independently in a range from 60 to 400 ~C; and c) the heat-treated mixture is ejected through a nozzle for further treatment or shaping.
L'invention concerne un procédé de recyclage et de production de matières plastiques, de mélanges plastiques et de matériaux plastiques à l'aide de matières plastiques ou de mélanges plastiques nouveaux, retraités ou anciens ou à partir de déchets plastiques triés ou non. Selon ce procédé, a) un matériau support A comprenant un matériau plastique ou un matériau à base de déchets plastiques, contenant un plastique homogène d'un seul type ou des plastiques de différentes sortes, un matériau de composition X quelconque ou inconnue et d'un constituant additionnel Z, sélectionné dans les acides gras, des mélanges d'origine naturel ou synthétique contenant de l'acide gras, des dérivés d'acide gras libérant de l'acide gras dans les conditions du procédé et des alcools gras sont mélangés conjointement; par rapport au volume total, A et X contiennent conjointement au moins une quantité de plastique telle que les constituants non plastiques dudit mélange puissent être inclus pour former une matière homogène ou partiellement homogène; b) ce mélange est transporté par un convoyeur sous malaxage mécanique continu, pétrissage ou compactage, et est soumis le long du parcours à un traitement thermique en plusieurs étapes intervenant par sections, les températures régnant au cours des différentes étapes étant comprises entre 60 et 400 ·C indépendamment les unes des autres; et c) le mélange soumis au traitement thermique est éjecté par l'intermédiaire d'un ajutage en vue d'un traitement ultérieur ou d'un façonnage.
