The inventive plasticising system is used for plasticising a dienic rubber compound is characterised in that it is based on a MES or TDAE oil and a polylimonene resin. Said rubber compound exhibits an improved abrasion and cut resistance and is based on at least one type of dienic elastomer, a reinforcing filler, a cross-linking system and a plasticising system comprising from 5 to 35 pce of the MES or TDAE oil and from 5 to 35 pce of polylimonene resin (pce=parts by weight per cent elastomer). Advantageously, said plasticising system also comprises a glycerol unsaturated fatty acid triester (C¿12?-C¿22?), preferably a glycerol trioleate. The inventive method for producing said compound, using the compound for producing a final or semi-final product for the gripping system of a motor vehicle with ground, in particular the tire or the thread thereof are also disclosed.
Système plastifiant utilisable pour la plastification d'une composition de caoutchouc diénique, caractérisé en ce qu'il est à base d'une huile MES ou TDAE et d'une résine polylimonène. Composition de caoutchouc présentant une résistance à l'abrasion et aux coupures améliorée, ladite composition étant à base d'au moins un élastomère diénique, une charge renforçante, un système de réticulation et un système plastifiant comportant entre 5 et 35 pce d'une huile MES ou TDAE, et entre 5 et 35 pce d'une résine polylimonène (pce = parties en poids pour cent d'élastomère). Avantageusement, ce système plastifiant comporte en outre un triester d'acide gras insaturé (C¿12?-C¿22?)¿ ?de glycérol, de préférence un trioléate de glycérol. Procédé pour préparer une telle composition, utilisation de ladite composition pour la fabrication d'un article fini ou d'un produit semi-fini destiné à un système de liaison au sol de véhicule automobile, notamment un pneumatique ou une bande de roulement d'un tel pneumatique.
