ABSTRACT For a plastics processing machine, in particular a blow moulding machine, to reduce machine stop and production 1088 times, a process and corresponding constructional measures are proposed for the rapid change-over from a first product mould, e.g. a 220-litre vessel, to a second product mould, e.g. a 60-litre canister. In accordance with the process, this is achieved in that the mould halves (12, 14) of the first product mould remain on the mould clamping plates (16, 18), and the mould halves (22, 24) of the second product mould are clamped onto the remaining mould halves (12, 14) of the first product mould.
