The present invention provides a plastisol composition which combines low temperature baking property and storage stability comparable to those of the prior polyvinyl chloride plastisols and has a low-temperature flexibility. The plastisol composition according to the present invention comprises an acrylic plastisol consisting of a plasticizer having acrylic resin particles and a filler dispersed therein and therewith formulated a blocked urethane prepolymer wherein free isocyanate groups of a terminal isocyanate containing urethane prepolymers have been blocked or a blocked polyisocyanate compound and a latent curing agent which is particulate solid at normal temperature, has a melt point of 60°C or higher, and is insoluble in the plasticizer at 40°C or lower.
L'invention concerne une composition de plastisol associant une durcissabilité à froid et une stabilité de stockage, comparables à celles de plastisols de chlorure de polyvinyle classiques, et présentant une flexibilité à basse température. La composition s'obtient en incorporant, dans un sol acrylique obtenu par dispersion de particules de résine acrylique et d'une matière de charge dans un plastifiant, soit un polymère d'uréthane bloqué obtenu par blocage des groupes libres d'isocyanate d'un prépolymère d'uréthane à terminaison isocyanate soit un composé polyisocyanate bloqué et un agent de durcissement latent qui soit solide et particulaire à une température ordinaire. Le point de fusion de la composition est supérieure ou égale à 60 DEG C. La composition est par ailleurs insoluble dans le plastifiant à une température inférieure ou égale à 40 DEG C.
