ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention is directed to a plate condenser for a refrigerating device, in particular for a household refrigerator, with a sheet metal plate, particu- larly made of aluminum, on the one side of which a cooling coil-like bent metal pipeline, particularly also made of aluminum, is arranged and attached and on the other side of which preferably a black coating is applied. The plate condenser is characterized in that on the side of the sheet metal plate facing the pipeline a channel is pressed into the sheet metal plate, the course of which corresponds to the path of the pipeline and the channel base surface of which corresponds to the shape and size of the cover surface area of the pipeline facing the sheet metal plate. The pipeline is held inside the channel and on the sheet metal plate by means of holding clips.
