It is intended to provide a platelet aggregation inhibitor which can be easily processed into a pharmaceutical preparation and can be stored for a long time, and a health food effective in inhibiting platelet aggregation. The platelet aggregation inhibitor comprises, as an active ingredient, a degradation product obtained by reacting fibrin with nattokinase, wherein the degradation product has a molecular weight of 10,000 daltons or more. The fibrin is obtained by reacting fibrinogen with thrombin.
L~invention concerne un inhibiteur d~agglomération des plaquettes facile à préparer sous la forme d~une préparation pharmaceutique et offrant une longue durée de conservation. L~invention concerne également un complément alimentaire empêchant efficacement l~agglomération des plaquettes. Ledit inhibiteur d~agglomération des plaquettes comprend, en tant qu~ingrédient actif, un produit de dégradation obtenu par réaction de fibrine avec de la nattokinase, ledit produit de dégradation ayant un poids moléculaire de 10 000 daltons minimum. La fibrine est obtenue en faisant réagir un fibrinogène avec de la thrombine.
