Novel catalyst systems consisting of organoplatinum complexes that are photoactive in the hydrosilylation cross-linking of polyorganosiloxanes Si-H and Si-Vi or Si-epoxy. Said platinum complexes have formula (I), wherein n is 1 or 2, and L is an advantageously chromophoric ligand of one of a variety of kinds. The platinum complexes have a degree of oxidation of 0 and may be used as a basis for developing light-activatable and optionally heat-activatable, stable and high performance hydrosilylation catalyst systems. Light-cross-linkable compositions containing the polyorganosiloxanes Si-H/Si-Vi or Si-epoxy, one of the catalyst systems mentioned above and optionally various other additives such as heat blockers and/or excess ligand (L) are also disclosed. Said systems are suitable for use in a silicone composition which is light-cross-linkable by hydrosilylation and useful as a non-stick coating, e.g. for paper.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux systèmes catalytiques formés par des complexes organoplatiniques photoactifs dans la réticulation par hydrosilylation de polyorganosiloxanes Si-H et Si-Vi ou Si-époxy. Ces complexes platiniques répondent à la formule: (I) avec L constitué par un ligand qui est avantageusement un chromophore et qui peut être de nature varié. Ces complexes du platine de degré d'oxydation 0 peuvent servir de base à la constitution de systèmes catalytiques d'hydrosilylation photoactivables et éventuellement thermoactivables, stables et performants. La présente invention concerne également des compositions photoréticulables contenant les polyorganosiloxanes Si-H/Si-Vi ou Si-époxyde, l'un des systèmes catalytiques visés ci-dessus et éventuellement divers autres additifs tels que des bloqueurs thermiques et/ou du ligand L en excès. Application: Composition de silicone photoréticulable par hydrosilylation et utilisable comme revêtement anti-adhérent, par exemple, pour papier.
