PLATTER Abstract of the Disclosure A heat retention individual serving platter has a stainless steel tray-shaped insert integrally attached to and supported on a rigid nylon filled foam underlying base. The insert is formed with a downwardly turned edge having an outwardly extending locking portion which extends into the plastic material of the base and which locks the insert in place.
