ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plow for a motor grader is provided with forwardly pivotable panel members at the two ends of the moldboard so the plow can retain and carry forward removed grade debris without leaving significant windrow residue. The plow also can with suitable forward and backward tilting thereof and panel member extension be used to cut roadways with water run-off inclines or gullies with inclined side walls at the same time.
