A plug replacing device (10) comprising an airtight chamber body (21) being fixed removably to the bottle head, an opening (19) for supplying N gas into the chamber body, an air vent valve (57) for exhausting air in the chamber body, an elevating/lowering first supporting structure (28) for supporting a cork screw, and an elevating/lowering second supporting structure (34) for housing an alternative plug. The first and second supporting structures can change the positions mutually and one supporting structure faces the opening of the bottle selectively from above. When the first supporting structure (28) is located above the opening, the bottle plug can be pulled in under N gas atmosphere. When the second supporting structure (34) is located above the opening, the alternative bottle plug can be fixed to the bottle head under N gas atmosphere. When a bottle plug is replaced by an alternative plug using this device, air can be prevented from intruding into the bottle thus causing deterioration of quality.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de remplacement de bouchon (10) comprenant un corps de chambre hermétique (21) fixé détachable à la tête de bouteille, une ouverture (19) afin d'alimenter le corps de chambre en gaz N, une valve d'évacuation d'air (57) afin d'évacuer l'air dans le corps de chambre, une première structure de support de soulèvement/abaissement (28) afin de soutenir un tire-bouchon, et une deuxième structure de support de soulèvement/abaissement (34) afin de loger un autre bouchon. La première et la deuxième structure de support peuvent mutuellement changer de position et une structure de support fait face à l'ouverture de la bouteille sélectivement depuis le dessus. Lorsque la première structure de support (28) se trouve au-dessus de l'ouverture, le bouchon de bouteille peut être tiré dans une atmosphère de gaz N. Lorsque la deuxième structure de support (34) se trouve au-dessus de l'ouverture, l'autre bouchon de bouteille peut être fixé à la tête de bouteille dans une atmosphère de gaz N. Lorsqu'un bouchon de bouteille est remplacé par un autre bouchon au moyen de ce dispositif, il est possible d'empêcher l'air de pénétrer dans la bouteille, ce qui entraînerait une détérioration de la qualité.
