An injection nozzle plugging rod (4) of machines for moulding plastic material containers, provided with a locking system suitable for preventing the separation of the parts forming the actuating pneumatic piston of the same rod, said piston being subjected to considerable stresses during the machine operation. Thus, the rod according to the invention is able to prevent the piston binding, and therefore also the locking of the same rod, considerably reducing the number of maintenance interventions and thus increasing the throughput of the moulding machine.
La présente invention concerne une tige de bouchage de buse d'injection (4) de machines à mouler des récipients en matière plastique, munie d'un système de verrouillage pour empêcher la séparation des parties formant le piston pneumatique d'actionnement de ladite tige, ledit piston étant soumis à des contraintes considérables lors du fonctionnement de la machine. Ainsi, la tige selon l'invention est capable d'empêcher le grippage du piston, et donc également le verrouillage de ladite tige, réduisant considérablement le nombre d'interventions d'entretien permettant d'augmenter le rendement de la machine à mouler.
