ABSTRACT "Plunger-operated applicator" A plunger-operated applicator for use in delivering fluid from a small-diameter cylindrical storage tube, the applicator comprising a tubular body 1 having an axial passage extending from end to end thereof, a first cylindrical portion 2 of said passage which opens at one end 10 of the said body being arranged to receive a said storage tube as a sliding fit therein, a second cylindrical portion 4 of said passage which opens at the other end of said body having an operating plunger 5 slidably mounted therein, and an intermediate portion 3 of said passage at the inner end of said first cylindrical portion 2 being of conical configuration for receiving and releasably securing the end of the said storage tube as an interference fit therein.
