PNEUMATIC TIRES Abstract of the Disclosure A pneumatic tire for truck and bus comprises a tread portion having a lug pattern, wherein an inter- section angle .theta.1 defined by a standard line segment passing a lug edge with an obtuse angle with respect to tread side edge and a meridional line passing the standard line segment satisfies an equation of 0°<.theta.1<35°, and a lug groove wall located side the standard line segment in the lug is folded outward from a middle portion of a lug groove depth in the radial direction of the tire so as to enlarge the lug groove.
