AN ABSTRACT A pneumatic valve, designed to control/pressurize a memb- rane pump, comprises a valve body (1) having gates (8-12) for compressed-air-flow/operation/pressurization of said pump. The valve body is closed by ends (2), between which a plunger (5) is to move between two end positions. The ends of the plunger and the ends of the valve body co-ope- rate physically magneticly in order to generate just and ? only a retaining force, which constitutes a threshold for a certain minimum control pressuue from a control-air-gate (13 or 14) and guarantees a rapid initial movement as well as a rapid transfer of the plunger to its opposite end position. Permanent magnets (15) are inserted in said plunger ends and/or in said valve body ends and designed to co-operate with projections and/or recesses (17, 18, 20) in the opposite member in order to obtain a so called air-cushion-damping (Fig. 4).
