The invention concerns a toothbrush comprising a hollow handle (1) designed to be filled with a pasty product for cleaning teeth and a brush (4) provided with bristles, the handle (1) and the brush (4) being provided with mutually abutting fixing means. The handle (1) forms a reservoir for the pasty product and comprises a hole for allowing the product to flow through and means for controlling a piston (7) housed in the reservoir and designed to force the pasty product through the hole. The piston (7) comprises a central threaded hole co-operating with a threaded rod (8) passing through a closure (11) of the reservoir second end and integral with the piston (7) control knob (12), the threaded rod (8) and the control knob (12) being mobile in rotation and in translation. The toothbrush comprises means for limiting the piston (7) axial travel, arranged between the piston and the closure (11), and axially integral with the rod (8).

Le manche (1) forme un réservoir pour le produit pâteux et comprend un trou d'écoulement du produit pâteux et des moyens de commande d'un piston (7) logé dans le réservoir et destiné à chasser le produit pâteux à travers le trou. Le piston (7) comprend un trou central taraudé coopérant avec une tige filetée (8) qui traverse un bouchon (11) de la deuxième extrémité du réservoir et est solidaire d'un bouton de commande (12) du piston (7), la tige filetée (8) et le bouton de commande (12) étant mobiles en rotation et en translation. La brosse à dents comprend des moyens pour limiter la course axiale du piston (7), disposés entre le piston (7) et le bouchon (11), et solidaires axialement de la tige (8).
