ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A continuous manifold form is provided for use in pocketed record card systems which form is capable of use in a large variety of typewriters and word processing machines. The form typically includes first and second elongated sections joined together via a longitudinally extending intermediate line of weakening. The first section includes a top ply and a backing ply. The top ply is joined to the backing ply at least part way along transversely spaced first and second longitudinally spaced transversely extending flue lines. Transverse lines of weakening extend across the first and second elongated sections closely adjacent to respective ones of the transversely extending glue lines such that a series of rectangular pockets are defined between the plies of the first section. The second section has a transverse dimension which is not greater than the distance between the longitudinally extending glue lines.
