The apparatus includes tracks (1a, 2a) made from metal I-beams of which one flange serves to support the tires, the web serves to receive flat irons (111a, 115a) approximately perpendicular to it, and at least one of the flanges serves to receive flat iron stiffeners (112a, 114a) practically parallel to the web, gutters (50a) made from channel iron (51a) serving to be attached at least partially to one of the said flat irons and flanges and open toward the flange serving to support the tires, the said flanges, web, flat irons and channel iron being arranged together to constitute a form into which concrete is poured flush with the flanges. Application to light automatic vehicles.
