A polarizing device (20) has a first corrugating structure in which a plurality of first linear recesses (22) are formed parallel with each other on one side of a transparent substrate (21). On the surface of the first corrugated structure, there is formed a layer of dielectric material (30) which is silicon dioxide. In the second corrugated structure formed of the dielectric material (30), second recesses (32) have a width (W) and a depth (H). Second ridges (33) have a width (d). In the individual second recesses (32), there are buried thin-film conductors (13) which have the width (W) and the depth (H).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de polarisation (20) comprenant une première structure cannelée dans laquelle une pluralité de premiers évidements linéaires (22) sont formés parallèlement les uns aux autres sur un côté d'un substrat transparent (21). Sur la surface de la première structure cannelée, on forme une couche de matériau diélectrique (30) constituée de silice. Dans la seconde structure cannelée constituée du matériau diélectrique (30), des seconds évidements (32) présentent une largeur (W) et une profondeur (H), des secondes arêtes (33) possédant une largeur (d). Des conducteurs en couches minces (13) présentant la largeur (W) et la profondeur (H) sont enterrés dans les seconds évidements individuels (32).
