The invention relates to a pole terminal for producing an electrical connection. Said pole terminal comprises a metallic conductive body (1) which is surrounded by an insulating body (2) which can be fixed to the housing (9) of an electrical appliance, and on which a tensioning nut (26) can be screwed, said tensioning nut clamping the electrical conductor to be connected against the conductive body, establishing an electrical contact. The aim of the invention is to improve one such pole terminal in such a way that the conductive body can be produced from a material which is highly conductive, such as silver or copper. To this end, the conductive body (1) is produced from a material exhibiting higher conductivity, by means of noncutting deformation, and is connected to the surrounding insulating body (2) to form a composite body. Preferably, the conductive body (1) is embodied as a stamped part which is machined by bending strain.
La présente invention concerne une borne polaire conçue pour établir une liaison électrique et comprenant un corps conducteur métallique (1) qui est entouré d'un corps isolant (2) pouvant être fixé sur le boîtier (9) d'un appareil électrique et sur lequel peut être vissé un écrou de tension (26) qui serre le conducteur électrique à raccorder contre le corps conducteur, établissant alors un contact électrique. L'objectif de la présente invention est de mettre au point une telle borne polaire de façon que le corps conducteur puisse être produit à partir d'un matériau présentant une très haute conductibilité électrique, tel que de l'argent ou du cuivre. A cette fin, le corps conducteur (1) est produit par façonnage sans enlèvement de copeaux à partir d'un matériau à plus haute conductibilité et est connecté au corps isolant (2) qui l'entoure, de façon à former un corps composite. Le corps conducteur (1) est de préférence conçu sous forme de pièce découpée, façonnée par cintrage.
