Composition of internal combustion engine with oxygen enriching device which utilizes nitrogen adsorbent to increase oxygen ratio in the intake air. Adsorbent is regenerated by means of engine waste heat and thus process do not consume additional energy. Exhaust recirculation gases are added to the oxygen enriched air to maintain minimum required oxygen content, to decrease nitrogen concentration, and to increase the rate of the exhaust gases recirculation, and consequently to reduce quantities of generated nitrogen oxides and products of uncomplete combustion. Special reservoir is used to store obtained during engine shut off oxygen to use it during engine starting and warm up.
